We want our customers to feel safe with using a credit card over the internet. Please know that we have a safe and secure site and your information is unable to be seen by anyone including our associates. Please be sure to leave the Securely Save to Account box checked. This box allows your information to be saved to charge at a later date as we charge between 48 hours and 2 weeks prior to the start date of your order and / or if we need to make adjustments to your account as well. (ex: refunds, change in dates or add ons) If the box is not checked an associate will contact you to get your credit card information to be kept on file.
Customers credit card information is stored securely and ABC Baby Furniture Rentals reserves the right to charge customers for any loss of or damage to rental items that occurs during the rental period.
ABC rentals will not be held liable or responsible for injuries as a result of use, misuse or lack of proper supervision and does not warrant or guarantee the fitness of the equipment for intended use. Failure to supervise can result in injury.
A $25 service fee will be charged on all returned checks.
All items are rented for a minimum of one week unless prior arrangements have been made with ABC rentals.
All Cancellations must be prior to 48 hours from start date of the order. For cancellations within the 48 hour mark, the full charge of the rental will be due. For cancellations in peak season (Thanksgiving, Christmas, February-April) cancellations must be prior to 2 weeks from start date. Cancellations within the 2 weeks prior to your delivery the full charge of the rental will be due. If you need to cancel, please call us as soon as possible. Any differences in this policy is at the discretion of management. Store credit may be offered under certain circumstances. Cancellations sent in after hours will be treated as next days business and are not finalized until you have been contacted by an associate. Note any store credit is up to the owner and not valid with any negative social media postings. Please call the store to speak with management regarding any concerns.
We re-inspect our inventory prior to delivery however; if a problem arises upon your arrival, please notify our office immediately. We will supply a replacement item. We can’t correct a problem if we are unaware of it. Refunds will not be given at the end of the rental if we were not notified and given time to correct the problem.
We try to maintain consistency with our products and for the most part the item pictured is the item that will be delivered. However we are constantly updating our inventory and you may receive something that is not exactly like the picture, but we do guarantee that all items are inspected and the best that is available. If you have a preference for a particular item please let our associates know upon the confirmation of your order. If you are delivered a product that you don’t believe is up to your expectations please contact the store immediately and we will be happy to exchange the item.
For any items that are swapped or exchanged during your rental period you will be charged for the time that you had the items. Additional trip charges may be assessed by the owner.
